Shipping

We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $250. There is an $4.99 shipping charge on orders under $250. For any orders that have a heavy item, there is a heavy item shipping surcharge fee of $9.99. Free shipping promotion is valid for the continental USA only. All other locations are subject to shipping charges.

Returns

At RMH3 Dental, we are dedicated to making sure our customers are highly satisfied with their purchases and products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item, or would like to make a return, please contact customer service to have it arranged, under the following circumstances.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, stating the reason for the return

All returns must arrive in original packaging, unopened, unused, and unmarked

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
